Now that the weather is starting to get better, I'd rather run before work. Was running late today and only got 2 sips of coffee before I took off at 5:40. Wasn't sure if I had time to do my full route (5.5miles), but once I got warmed up after 2 miles I didn't want to turn around. My knees are still bothering me but don't start until about mile 4. I looked online and I think I have "runners knee". Good news is that it's noting serious, bad news is there's no cure...just stretch and ice (I'm a horrible stretcher). Got the full run in, and made it to work on time.
Note to self...need to leave by 5:30.
