Made it out the door by 5:20 this morning. It was 55 & cloudy. About 1 minute into it I thought someone ran up behind me and grabed at my head. Turns out it was a bird that swooped down and clawed at my head, scared the shit out of me! Guess I was near the nest.
I did 5.5 miles in less than an hour & feel wonderful!
